We cover a 50-mile radius from our Pasadena base, run 24/7, and charge a flat $175 to get you back on the road. No membership. No waiting for a tow.
We drive to you. When you call or book online, Ed confirms your location and vehicle, then dispatches from Pasadena. Average arrival in our service area is about an hour — faster if you are close in (Glendale, Altadena, and Burbank are often under 30 minutes). On arrival, we connect via Tesla NACS or J1772 and deliver enough charge to get you safely to the nearest public charger. If your 12V battery is also dead, we jump-start that too — included at no extra charge.
Our charger is generator-powered Level 2 — it gets you moving, not a replacement for a Supercharger. That is the honest trade-off, and it is the right tool for an emergency.
Payment is taken at booking. Refunds are issued for our operational failures only.

We regularly dispatch to Pasadena, Altadena, Glendale, Burbank, Hollywood, Downtown Los Angeles, Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, Long Beach, and as far east as Pomona and Ontario.
