Booking confirmation by SMS and email includes your dispatch ETA and the direct number to reach the tech. Average about one hour from request to arrival inside our 50-mile service area.

We add enough range on the side of the road to get you safely to the next charger. A dead 12V battery jump is included — no extra charge.
