The full price breakdown

The after-hours surcharge applies to the dispatch time, not when you call. If you call at 1:55am and the truck rolls at 2:10am, the $50 applies. If you call at 1:50am and the truck reaches you by 1:58am, it does not.

If you need CCS1 (common on pre-2024 Ford, GM, Hyundai, Kia, Rivian, Polestar, and Lucid vehicles), request it when you book — it is available at an additional charge quoted at booking.

Payment and refunds

Payment is processed at the time of booking, before dispatch. If the truck has a mechanical failure or the generator cannot deliver charge on scene, you receive a full refund. If you cancel after dispatch, or the vehicle refuses the charge due to a BMS lockout or damaged port, the charge stands. Full refund terms are on the terms page.
